The Philippine Consulate General in Calgary (PCG) will conduct a passport outreach service on the above-mentioned dates in DOWNTOWN REGINA.
The complete address of the venue will be sent by the PCG to those with confirmed appointments.
Applicants with confirmed appointments must bring:
1. Copy of appointment confirmation email (on your phone or printed)
2. Original Philippine passport to be renewed
3. Printed and signed application form with the bar code
4. CAD 87 renewal fee in CASH.
5. Valid PR card/permit/visa or an affidavit of PH citizenship to be notarized during the outreach (fee is CAD 36.25 in cash)
6. Canada Post Express Post envelope with tracking number
For minors:
7. PSA Birth Certificate and must be accompanied by biological mother/legitimate father named in the PSA Birth Certificate
